An independent Vocational Assessment is conducted by a Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE) to identify appropriate vocational options for the assessed individual. Such an evaluation takes into account and incorporates the person’s aptitudes, abilities, personality traits, and vocational experiences to ascertain what types of positions they qualify for and may want to pursue in terms of their career. When requested, a Labour Market Survey (LMS) and/or a Transferable Skills Analysis could also be conducted and incorporated as part of the overall Vocational Assessment report produced by the CVE.
