Occupational Therapy Assessments

An independent Occupational Therapy Evaluation consists of a complex process that includes a discussion, observation, and use of assessments to determine an individual’s impairments and measure the person’s level of physical functionality. In addition to an initial interview of the claimant, the process involves the use of tools by the Occupational Therapist to determine job performance skills and measure any impairments while developing an occupational profile for that individual.
