An independent Neurological Evaluation is a comprehensive medical evaluation concentrating on the nervous system to determine whether there is objective evidence of neurological injury due to the incident in question, and if so, whether such an injury constitutes an impairment that would result in one or more disabilities. In an effort to provide a definitive incident-related neurological diagnosis and to optimally define and establish the parameters of any potential impairment specific to the nervous system, our experienced neurological assessors, as part of their overall examination, may request certain diagnostic imaging or investigations (i.e. EMG, EEG, NCS, MRI) to fully assess the sensory neurons and motor responses and reflexes in determining the extent to which the nervous system may be impaired.
