Independent Medical Evaluations consist of objective assessments that are conducted by an unbiased third party physician, or appropriate healthcare professional, to determine the scope and degree of an injury/impairment. Results from these assessments are provided in formal reporting that contains information pertaining to the nature and extent of the injury, possible treatment options, as well as responses to any specific questions related to the diagnosis of the injured party.
